As an English Medium School, Ashok Memorial Public School is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Government of Haryana and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, for All India Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination.
The emphasis is on language, numerical and aesthetic development along with Nature Study through activity and play that is conducive to the physical and emotional growth of the children in their respective age groups. With Hindi as second language, Sanskrit or French is taught as a third language from Classes V to Classes VIII.
The school functions through a well-defined system of reward and retribution. Star Cards, Merit Certificates, Medals, Cups, Running Trophies and Gifts are the standard awards for excellence in games, academics and co-curricular activities. The students can be expelled or rusticated as per rules for unacceptable social behavior.
